@MathisonPj Abortions are not often traumatic. Studies show the most common feeling after an abortion is relief. Those that do experience trauma have said it is due to the barriers and stigma surrounding abortion access, not the abortion itself.
@whimsyalien It’s amazing how you are able to keep them recognizable and keep the essence of who they are while also making them look so much better!! A true talent!
Weird that it erases all the effort abortion activists have done guaranteeing access in many states since Roe fell by saying it’s the only place where women can still choose and also just dont marry men you have to lie to about who you voted for??
In the voting booth, women still have the right to choose. New and important ad from @VoteCommon featuring Julia Roberts reminds women that no one will know who they voted for. Pass it on.
Imagine workers are striking due to mistreatment and asking folks not to stay at the hotel/use the company they are striking against and you do it anyway and call THEM rude and make it a problem with American workers not employers! Don’t be like Nathan and his wife!
Service is so bad compared to Japan, and you have to tip.
We stayed at a nice hotel in Boston, and the workers went on strike. This meant our rooms didn't get cleaned, etc., and they banged on drums outside the window. My wife couldn't believe people would do that.
I get it. From the Japanese perspective, it's like, how could the people we were paying to provide us with service not provide the service? Furthermore, not only did they not offer the service, but they harassed us.
In contrast, while we were in Japan, my wife got gifts for about eight people at her workplace, including her boss, to thank them for letting her take time off.
The culture and respect for work are just so different... basically, different planets.
They won’t be able to sue for emotional distress because no one intended for them to be emotionally distressed, it was just a result of them lying and suing. Intentional infliction of emotional distress (IIED) is VERY hard to sue for.
Looks like the reddit post might be deleted.
But @Xeno__Poppy__ grabbed the last bit before it was.
The HR lady sleeping with both women is not the plot twist I expected!
COVID, not Covid - who cares. It's a page turner!
