@drealecs They are the opposite of pci-dss compliant. Fraudulent activity on my card and they’re telling me I need to contact the merchant to sort it out. Data leak? I wouldn’t recommend #revolut

@ChillInvest I’ve just been told to contact the merchant in Honduras (have never even been there) and chase it with them! So they’ve leaked my personal data and now expect me to follow up. You should not be promoting @RevolutApp #revolut to anybody. #poorcustomerservice #scam #fraud

@ChillInvest This is the 2nd issue I’ve had. First being an international transfer that never reached the recipient - no follow-up or responsibility taken by #revolut no I haven’t posted it on a forum. Have spent all weekend trying to resolve it through @RevolutApp and now via twitter.

@DavidShaw91 We’ve had 2 issues with #revolut one where an international tfr never reached the recipient and over the weekend, £100 fraudulent activity! No resolution and apparently it’s my responsibility to look into it. Would NOT recommend #revolut. I’m in the process of switching to #monzo

If this is how it works then we can’t just use our Revolut cards and trust that they stick to their promise of the best possible rate. That’s outrageous.
