(4) "MUST HAVES" for every Principals going into this school year:
1.A clear vision of what success looks like for students, staff, and stakeholders.
2.Defined values, behavior norms, or expectations that govern how the school should operate.
3.A concrete plan that explains how goals will be achieved.
4. Organizational chart with clearly defined roles for those responsible for executing the vision.
