Kamala is proposing an *INSANE* 25% tax on unrealized capital gains.
Imagine buying shares for $100,000, and their value rises to $150,000.
Under Kamala's plan, you'd owe taxes on the $50,000 gain, even though you haven't sold the shares or made any actual profit.
Now, imagine the stock's value drops back to $100,000 the following year.
The gain you were taxed on has vanished.
You’ve already paid a 25% tax on a gain that no longer exists, leaving you with a financial loss and no real benefit.
Taxing unrealized gains would force investors to sell off assets to cover their tax bills, hurting long-term investment and economic growth.
This isn’t just risky; it’s a recipe for a stock market crash and another Great Depression.
President Biden, July 8, 2024: "We’re done talking about the debate, it’s time to put Trump in a bullseye."
Defend that. Go ahead.
Try to defend that rhetoric after what we all just witnessed with Trump coming with a centimeter of being assassinated.
His hand on his back had no effect on his route! This game was too damn good for that call to dictate the outcome at the end. Damn! By the way I have no horse in the race. Just my professional opinion
when will the nfl allow penalties to be reviewed. officials have far too much power and control to dictate the outcome #SuperBowl hats off to both teams but everyone who isn’t a fan of these clubs has to feel cheated out of a great ending by that penalty
Breaking: Saints and Broncos are finalizing compensation in return for Super Bowl-winning HC Sean Payton, sources tell ESPN. This clears the way for Payton to sign with the Broncos to become Denver’s next head coach.
And so Payton is expected to head to Denver as its next HC.
You can’t call the late hit on Mahomes after you ignored the late hit on Burrow a few mins earlier. Those refs were horrible. They weren’t even fishy-bad more completely-incompetent-bad. Great work @NFL.
