There has been escalations on my side in writing to Chris Bruyns yet this is still not in hand. We have to do better, please. Pointsmen were also promised over the last six months to no avail.

This is a high traffic area thus now a high accident zone? There needs to be urgency as we are now over three months enquiring about the same subject matter with no traction?
