@AGCast4 I use 10 of these for prototyping at work. Have had these exact problems. Try it out for yourself. You could probably turn the speed up again after it
@AGCast4 Like the others have already said, heat the bed. Fuck the cold plates. But if you do make sure you keep the door to the printer open. Otherwise it might get so hot it clogs the extruder gears.
Also get a spray adhesive. Sticks like hell and don’t leave residue. No more brim.
@Frankenmint@YZYPrints@AGCast4@Polymaker_3D@HoffmanTactical Same rule applies but sure it’s probably less prevalent. The issue is mainly that the printer prints faster at stock settings than the heat-end can melt the material reliably causing the layers not to mend as well.
