@Delta is my #1 airline and has always been good to me but this incident was a true let down and has left me messed up. The ticketing agent has made my entire holiday a disaster as a result. I left a very thorough comment in the survey in my disappointment.

@Delta I had no assistance as previousl requested, I had no bags, and was handled VERY poorly by being given wrong information at the ticket counter when rebooking. My entire holiday plans now ruined. I am requesting compensation for this unfortunate incident. This is very sad.

@Delta ... I had an AWFUL holiday experience with Delta on December27th & 28th. As a social media influencer, medallion member, and Delta advocate, I am upset, the trip was urgent, missed connecting flight due to take off delay, missed a wedding & New Years plans.

May 2nd - 28th. I would like to leave May 3rd same flight and return on May 28th. So, that's depart Atlanta a day late on May 4th and return from Johannesburg a day late on May 28th same time. .
