@All just utterly shocking that Pullman zamzam in Madina is rated 5 star it’s certainly not yes 5 star prices at 1 star service. Ordered a pizza waited for an hour never arrived

@TLB1977 @Accor Accor cares nothing about customer loyalty. I booked via my travel agent on arrival at the hotel I was told agent bookings your loyalty program does not work. I should have booked another property if I knew that the loyalty program means nothing

@Accor @Forbes Not a great hotel chain for loyal customers especially when you book via a travel agent and your loyalty program is not recognised. What a shame to loyal guests when you choice a brand to be loyal too. Next time we have other better choices and brands if the loyalty program fail

@Accor it’s terrible as a Accor member when you book via a travel agent that the Hotel does not enter your loyalty number. What’s the use of been a loyal customer to Accor, there are better options but as a member to tend to use the loyalty program. Next time no accord for me
