@Ali_Al_Afifi @TalibHashem Every medication taken has a 1 in 100 or 1, 000 etc. Possiblity of some form of severe side effect.

Anti-depressant and anti-anxiety drugs have a far smaller threshold on the chances of side effects, furthermore, the effects of memory, cognitive and general performance drops.

I must apologise on your statement here, the side effects of anxiety meds are severe and without the extreme caution, it can have relapses that can then make your condition of a chronic depressive disorder.

@TalibHashem Apologies, company P&P's normally give 15 sick leave days,unless chronic.Then it needs to be taken to the medical committee to recommend if theyre fit for work. If they are,it is up to the entity to establish a working program as they recover and adjust to the major side effects

@TalibHashem Time to recover. It can mess with their emotions, thought process, memory and overall productivity.
However, giving them time off would not be the answer, because counter productivity can quickly lead to severe depressive and then to chronic.I hope that helps.
