When gang members kill each other. It increases the percentage of murders. This makes the per capita of homicides go up, so 13% do 35% of homicides. Whites are, I believe, 63% of the population and do somewhere around 40 to 50 percent of homicides. The number of whites is greater than the percentage of homicides committed, as the number of homicides committed by blacks is higher than the percentage they make up in the population. See now you can know what per capita means. Call it racist all you want, but facts are facts. And do you know who is hurt by this statistic? black people, because it's black-on-black crime, so not addressing this is killing black people in mass.
