@__codexterous I asked this question once and received a lot of hate and a lot of people reminding me that plays are designed to be performed (apparently that wasn't explicit enough in my education thus far *sarcastic eye roll*). So, I say, do what works best for you. 🙂
Always loved the Phillip Larkin poem for the Queen to commemorate the silver jubilee:
‘In times when nothing stood
But worsened or grew strange
There was one constant good
She did not change.’
Philip Larkin
@MissRemfry Year 9 is usually one of my favourite to teach. They mature so much from Sept-Summer and the topics and discussions become more interesting. Don't be afraid! 😁
Please, everyone, if you read one thing this weekend make it this. Thank you @meropemills for sharing the heartbreaking story of how the NHS failed your beloved daughter Martha. As a doctor, it is deeply painful to read, but every word so vitally important.https://t.co/V9szwuiV6S
There's a difference between working smart and doing the minimum. It's about prioritising your time and doing the things that will have the biggest impact / time spent ratio. We all have the same hours in the day.

I've never actually done it but I believe it is possible to make pizza in a frying pan. I would buy the premade pizza dough in the chilled section of the supermarket personally 💕
FRANKENSTEIN IS ACTUALLY THE DOCTOR, NOT THE MONSTER, EXCEPT HE'S NOT EVEN A DOCTOR AND THE FACT THAT HE REJECTS HIS CREATURE MEANS HE *IS* A MONSTER BUT THE CREATURE BEING VICTOR'S SON MEANS HE'D TAKE HIS FATHER'S NAME SO THE CREATURE IS ALSO TECHNICALLY NAMED FRANKENST—
I went to the cinema last night to watch a live stream of Prima Facie and wow. Jodie was something else entirely; a very talented lady. It was also amazing to see live theatre on a budget. If you're on the fence - go!
