Account pulling is back, employees getting paid to pull accounts without making any tickets.
They are using their backend tool to change your email and disable 2FA on your account.
You can do nothing about it unless you are somewhat close to ubi, and Iโm probably sure ccโs got spammed recently about it.
Again, I warned you Ubisoft, I made that clear that this should be taken seriously almost a year ago and the problems continues.
The entire hierarchy of these third party support and the people employed here should all be investigated.

@DripBoolin @KidSkys I definitely stagnated as a player so i get it even if the specifics of the cut were really grating. I feel a change of scenery would have gone a long way for me but off season nonsense pushed me away from the game as a whole
@KidSkys Same kinda thing happened my last season. Told one thing but doesnโt matter much. I do understand the idea though of not wanting to get in someoneโs head before going through with the change (esp if theres still matches) but ultimately a lot of players just get blindsided.
