Messier 45 - The Pleaides
Located in the constellation of Taurus is the reflection nebaula of the Pleaides, also known as the Seven Sisters.
Home to numerous large hot blue stars, this cluster is young, with these blue stars likely forming within the last 100mil years.
The Double Cluster is the common name for the open clusters NGC 869 and NGC 884 (also h Persei and ฯ Persei and Caldwell 14) which are close together in the constellation Perseus at about 7,500 light years.
