The 130th General Assembly held in Geneva on 10 December 2025 approved a new Ecma recognition award to honour Luoming Zhang who served as the Ecma Treasurer and a member of the ExeCom from 2022 to 2025. He has also been an active participant in TC31, TC38 and TC51.
