As much as I want Singapore to have a bicycle lane, I know that it won't be adopted as much as in the west because of the humid climate here. However, I still think it's a step forward to make it safer for (food) delivery drivers.

People first planet second means looking at lower income people, POC, queer folks, disabled people not rich yt men. If you shift the focus to the former, a lot of things for the planet will automatically fall in place

And in case anyone’s worried about emissions from Evergreen ships like these, carrying our stuff from outsourced factories, don’t be! Emissions from intl aviation and shipping are excluded from our statistics. So in theory, they don’t exist. It feels better that way, doesn’t it?

On of the best things Singapore can do would be to implement cycle lanes.
Not only does it help numerous food delivery drivers stay safer, it can promote cycling as a mode of transport.
