@_HeRo112 Bro - that’s an 8 year payback at the rates that you would earn when wholesaling that power to the transmission network. 12% return on R700mil. If you’re lucky . Don’t fib us my guy.
Anything to do with nature, having fun, or relaxation. So - things like horticulture, ecotourism, adventure-tourism, hospitality development and management, wildlife management and preservation, retreat services, rejuvenation therapy, video game design.
Obstetrics and gynaecology is also a safe bet - doubt anyone is letting robots near their coochies or new born babies for quite some time.
And obviously robotics engineering if he’s interested, plus smart enough.
Until recently I thought I was a white guy. Then I did an Ancestry DNA test a couple months back. 2% Benin & Togo.
Are these results enough for me to be coloured now? Should I just tick coloured on the forms anyway and give it a try? My business needs growth funding so I’m sure being coloured will help.
Am meeting with the IDC next month. Will report back.
🤌🏻😂🤌🏽
@Leon_Schreib I did an ancestry DNA test a couple months ago. Always figured I was a white dude. Turns out I’m 2% from Benin & Togo.
This is a good thing for me right? Am I coloured - can I apply for cool stuff as a coloured person?
Genuine question.
@BoringBiz_ Then your group of smart friends are bell curve outliers. Some basic googling would uncover decades of research data that shows an extremely strong correlation between increased IQ and higher earnings.
Also, why do so many people care if their browsing / usage data is “harvested” (very dramatic word btw). What are you guys browsing that has you so worried - you’re carrying on like you’re part of the Matrix rebellion or something, harbouring all these important top secret plans 😂
Give it under a week - and one of those kids will get their older sibling to hardcode a bypass to all those security features. Then in two weeks, over 50% of those tablets will be unlocked. My eldest daughter ran a similar and successful side-hustle in high school, charging a pretty penny to disable iOS and/or Android screen time restrictions on other kids phones.
Yes on 2 and 3. However “it is what it is” is a versatile banger that I routinely use to put a stop to boring conversations with dumb people. When they aren’t getting the hint that you no longer want to be part of their dumb conversation, just say those magic words, shrug, avert eye contact - and continue on with your day. 60% of the time, it works every time.
@aryanlabde The amount of people that have told me about their latest and greatest idea (sometimes a genuinely brilliant idea) then do nothing about it, simply astonishes me. I used to try help people execute their ideas but then their laziness drove me crazy! Most people want💰without 💪🏼
@BarbellFi Kids under 12. Disneyland.
Kids 12 or older. That ship has sailed - they probably hate his guts, or at best, tolerate him. Buy them each a 12-pack of Red Bulls (peak teenager gift) and leave them with grandparents or whoever, then go for sexy long weekend away with wife.
@user0000O0 It’s called being severely depressed. Seek help. Your brain feels split in two. The conscious, thinking half, says you’re a useless piece of crap - that the world would genuinely be better place without you. The more autonomous, primal half, is trying its best to keep you alive.
