We reflected on the gentrification of urban environments and the replacement of disappearing public infrastructures, exploring some translocal potentials of solidarities, the establishment of alternative cooking practises and the emerging social spaces of cohabitation and care.
ECSEuro Meeting in Cortona, Italy
Last week (21-23 May), the ECSEuro researchers attended the consortium meeting in Tuscany to discuss in person the main research and organisational issues of the project.
In a series of project meetings between all five partners, we discussed the findings and conclusions of the ethnographic studies we had carried out in various European cities.
