@virginmedia and now the screen has locked up and won’t do anything. I want to cancel my contract and go to SKY, but also want to speak to a person in the UK while doing so, no disrespect to anywhere else

@virginmedia it’s even worse, after binning watching on 360 as it’s beyond rubbish, tried to control via my phone but then wouldn’t let me back in on the so called 360 control and now the volume is all over the place. Such a shit service

Yes, it’s an awful system. I now loose sound when FFW, and why can’t I skip to the next film/song/video, it takes three separate button presses, on V6, it was one press of a button. This is the most dire, refrains from swearing, of systems. It’s awful, can’t wait till I can leave

@virginmedia forced to update to V360, now if I watch an on demand show and fast forward or rewind I loose the sound when I press play. And lost the sound when fast forwarding a recorded show. What is going on. The update has been forced on me and it’s rubbish.

And when watching on demand programmes, if I fast forward or rewind, when I press play again there is no sound. Have to restart the box to get volume, which, stating the obvious is far from desirable. Is it a software issue or box issue? And it does it on multiple channels

@virginmedia and how do I get rid of the awful self promotion advert that is constantly banging on about how good V360 is? It start when the box powers up and then when I start browsing something to watch, it moves to the bottom right hand corner.

@virginmedia Bottom right hand corner, when the menu is up, or full screen. It’s your ad banging on about the wonders of the crappy box. Can’t I just sit and spend hours navigating in peace without listening to that incessant rambling.

@virginmedia what on earth is this virgin360 rubbish. How do I record stuff from my phone now? How do I create favourites that the box records. The V6 box was great, 360 is absolute rubbish, and why does the annoying advert keep playing, telling me how wonderful it is?

@virginmedia Yes, turned everything of and started again, but then I had to navigate through the awful menu to get back to the programme I had started watching, and it started from the beginning again, did not resume. If this is an improvement over the V6 box, someone is having a laugh.

@virginmedia found the mute button, but now it won’t unmute.What an absolute bag of💩this box is.Used to be able to sit down, turn on the V6 and watch recordings, now I’m navigating all over the place trying to find what I want. Basically, can’t sit down and watch, I need to plan

@virginmedia where’s the mute button on the 360 remote so I don’t have to listen to that good awful advert banging on about how good it is, when it isn’t, just needs muting. Hopefully I won’t have to watch it forever.

@virginmedia Both really. On the V6 box I had Guy Martin as a favourite and it would record anything with Guy Martin in the title. And I don’t seem to be able to set up a series like. This “upgrade” is dire. It’s appalling to use, V6 was far superior in usability

@virginmedia I don’t seem to be able to set the box to record stuff like I could on the V6, or with programmes containing certain words in the titles. It’s an awful system. It will be bye bye and hello sky when the contract runs out.
