Unreal that @UPS_UK have been withholding over £550 of my money since September 11, despite knowing since September 10 that they'd mischarged me for import duty. £550! 3 weeks! No replies to emails. Won't even tell me where to address a legal letter. @CTSI_UK#UPS

Another day, another example of @RoyalMailGroup trying anything to avoid settling valid claims, in this case closing both claims stating that the correct proof of value (literally the internal invoice from our ecomm platform) is not valid. So sick of it @RoyalMailHelp#royalfail
