A table on Capitol grounds, Jan. 6, was reportedly collecting signatures for a "Declaration of Authority - 2021." Hundreds signed this declaration of "the people" above public servants. The document was reportedly located near 12th and H Streets NW in downtown DC, a few blocks from FBI headquarters. Who drafted it? Who printed a scroll this size before the 6th? Where is the signed copy now? Nearly six years later nobody has explained it. Why the wait?

🚨🇺🇸 EPSTEIN’S MONEY MEN ARE FINALLY IN THE HOT SEAT — AND THE AG IS COMING FOR EVERYTHING.
New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez just DROPPED a massive civil lawsuit against Epstein’s longtime personal lawyer Darren Indyke and accountant Richard Kahn — the two men who have controlled his entire estate since he died.
The allegations are explosive: They helped COVER UP his sex trafficking operation and KNEW about the systematic abuse of girls and young women happening at his remote Zorro Ranch near Santa Fe.
These weren’t random employees. They were the inner circle. Indyke and Kahn ran the companies, moved the money, and kept the machine running for years.
Now the state wants to FREEZE them out completely — blocking them from collecting any more cash from Epstein’s estate (which they currently control as co-executors).
The numbers are staggering: Indyke was set to receive up to $50 MILLION and Kahn $25 MILLION from the will alone. On top of that, between 2011 and 2019 they already pocketed millions more ($16M+ for Indyke, $10M+ for Kahn).
Their defense? The same one everyone in Epstein’s orbit has used for years: They told Congress they had “NO IDEA.”
Their lawyers now say they “emphatically reject” the claims and that the abuse happened behind closed doors when they weren’t around.
Seven years after Epstein’s death, the men closest to the money are finally facing real legal heat. The lawsuit was filed under the federal Trafficking Victims Protection Act and New Mexico’s Racketeering Act.
For the survivors, this is another direct shot at the people who allegedly kept the operation funded and hidden.
The walls around Epstein’s network keep coming down — one lawsuit at a time.

Norm Eisen of the Brookings Institution has spent years pushing the claim that democracy is in crisis. He even wrote a 178-page playbook for "defending" it.
Asked if it's like a war with skirmishes in the courts, Eisen didn't flinch.

"Yes. Peaceful, lawful, vigorous battle. You do have to think of it in those terms," he said.

Trump won in 2024 because voters didn't trust Kamala Harris to make their lives better. The left treated that as proof democracy was in crisis.
