@AmazonHelp My account is suspended for some counterfiet issue even though I bought from brand owner. There is an escalation stalling the resolve with amz legal team and I'm not allowed to talk to. Customer service cannot tell what the problem is. Who can I talk to for help?

@honey We go through the redemption of points as we always have but for the last couple of months we have been unable to redeem any of our points. The redeeming process goes through and we get a congrats message but never get our gift cards emailed and the point total never goes down.
