A6. Apprenticeships need to be promoted and inclusive of all students. They provide practical and pragmatic opportunities for students as they learn first-hand if a potential career choice is right for them.

A5. Regardless if the career presently exists or not, students will need a shared toolkit that reflects cooperation, creativity, problem-solving, decision-making, kindness, collaboration, etc. in order to be successful in the career or industry of their choice.

A4. I wish all students had access to a shadow day to experience the post-secondary interest of their choice and a mentor who could guide through the steps to achieve their desired goal.

A3. Embedding college and career exploration at the elementary level and creating school-to-world opportunties through guest speakers, partnerships, classroom extensions and field trips make elementary students aware of the limitless possibilities of their futues.
