@grantcohn Is it not the case that by not doing the mandated rehab, they can say a failed physical test is an NFI cause and therefore leave him on the NFI/left squad list?
@SkinzRon@Russellmania621 He has to clear a physical to actually participate in anything, and until he does, I believe they can leave him on the left squad list and aren't responsible if he gets injured
@josieda629@Russellmania621 They can fail a physical, and given he didn't rehab as the team required, will be hard to win a grievance. Would be a circus, similar to Haynesworth failing multiple physicals under the shanahans...
@steve_winter51@willis_macp Whilst it's annoying as an Essex fan, I can see logic in getting cox experience around a test squad given he was one of best in county cricket last year. Unlikely he or Lawrence gets a start in place of stokes and Lawrence has been round test squads enough to know what it's like
@PeteThe794@The_TUC Whilst at the same time, the employer doesn't think to end their probation within the 6 month window they can do so without needing to give a reason.
@PeteThe794@The_TUC Yes, because this will be a very common scenario that someone will go to the lengths of successfully gaining a job and then convince a doctor to sign them off for 28 weeks, all to get £123 per week on SSP from their employer for a maximum of £3,451 over 7 months
@rawoods24@JPFinlayNBCS I would hope they look to add someone. They didn't last year at Edge and that cost them. Young guys may develop but need more proven guys too
@bgtennisnation Does this mean Wimbledon holds the crown for best slam roof? Allows natural light in being the advantage over Aus Open, though perhaps faster and better roof speed down under. Thoughts?
@RKTweets Counterpoint, board can't be seen to be messing about over a few million. If he is the player they have identified that they want, then go get him for the start of the window
@RKTweets They didn't even have the sense to put in a placeholder in the programme yesterday. 'we know this is not good enough, we need all our focus on today, we will put out a summary of the season and where we need to change on Monday'
@RKTweets Yeah, same. Felt like Potter was there much longer. Not sure their results really got going until a visit to Dr Tottenham in January. That MOTD graphic of their transfers since selling Rice was pretty shocking too
