As the text from the Frailty& Older age chapter states the majority of the review panel wished to recommend more use of invasive blood pressure monitoring for high risk patients but
-there is an evidence gap
-we therefore decided, with lack of consensus, we could not recommend
We hope that evidence gap will soon be closed & NAP7 will stimulate that process
