Am I tripping or is this a completely fine answer?
Says it was his decision and it didn't work, but it could've just as easily worked and we wouldn't be talking about it as if it were a bad call. That's literally exactly correct lol
Rasmussen: I’ve seen great games but for this young man to do this to the Yankees? I enjoyed everything he did. How he located the fastball, the curveball, the slider, the cutter, the changeup… he was literally perfect! I’m really impressed!
I wanted to investigate whether the red sox offense was significantly better compared to the league in the middle of the season vs the beginning and end so I created a Python project that investigated this:
I find the calls to trade Wilyer Abreu silly.
He’s an above average hitter who plays elite defense in your uniquely challenging right field, and a key contributor to arguably your team’s biggest strength.
He’s more valuable to the Red Sox than anyone else. Just move him down in the lineup and he goes from someone you’re relying on to produce a huge chunk of your runs and disappointed in to a star role player.
I know this is more @JustinMLB's thing, but I made a tier list to help organize my thoughts on where the 2026 Red Sox current roster is at. Figured I would share.
Let me know what you think!
