Agreed. In my coaching experience, yelling too often equates to “loud noises” that players tune out. Instead, i tried constructive conversation to allow players the opportunity to engage them in their development.

@CoachJeffLeach Extremely similar to number one but in regards to timing. “On time or late, never early.”
Gave me the opportunity to react to the pitch instead of trying to guess. Building in room for error. Allowed me to drive all pitches with two strikes, not just the pitch i expect.

Big emphasis this off-season was pitch framing and presentation, and Keough (2024 @solonbaseball)has made huge strides behind the plate since last offseason. He has consistently grabbed extra strikes for our pitching staff seems to be extremely comfortable behind the dish.
