I have studied high frequency people for decades.
The ones who seem to attract opportunity effortlessly.
Who maintain clarity when everything around them is chaos. Who keep rising no matter what life throws at them.
The biggest thing I noticed was not what they do.
It was what they deliberately REFUSE TO DO.
Here are 7 PATTERNS HIGH FREQUENCY PEOPLE AVOID at all costs:
My 6 year old has been following the LA mayor's race
He had questions
Two weeks ago he said "daddy, the man from TV said the city spends $1 billion a year on homeless people"
I said "that's true"
He said "did it get better?"
I said "no"
He said "where did the money go?"
I said "a federal judge ordered an audit. The city couldn't account for over $2 billion"
My wife said "it's more complicated than that"
It isn't. That's what the audit said.
He said "the man from TV said one guy who was supposed to help got $23 million"
I said "also true"
He said "what did he buy?"
I said "a $7 million house and a Range Rover"
He said "what did the homeless people get?"
I said "ramen"
The analyst texted me unprompted
"Sir I read the indictment. The unit economics actually work. Just not for the homeless"
I said "do not share that"
He said "sir I already sent it to 9 people"
He said "daddy the man from TV said most of them need treatment, not more tents"
My wife said "that's an oversimplification"
I said "which part is wrong"
She didn't answer
Election night he came running downstairs
"Daddy he's winning. By 40,000 votes"
My wife said "well I guess a lot of people are upset"
They were. The mayor was in Ghana when the fires started.
By Friday the lead was 20,000
By Saturday it was 7,000
He said "daddy they're still counting"
I said "it's been four days"
He said "at school if you turn something in late you get a zero"
I said "California has different rules"
He said "why"
Nobody answered
By Sunday the man from TV was losing by 3,000
My son came downstairs and said "daddy what happened"
I said "the votes that showed up late all went the other way"
He said "all of them?"
I said "enough of them"
My daughter looked up from her cereal and said "I liked the man who said he'd clean up the parks"
She's 4
My wife was quiet
Last night my son asked "daddy, why do they keep counting until the person who was winning isn't winning anymore"
I didn't answer
He already knew

Father,
There are places in my heart that I have tried to bury. Wounds I covered, sins I excused, grief I avoided, and fears I pushed beneath the surface. Yet You are a God of truth, and in Your mercy, You do not leave Your children hidden beneath the rubble of what they refuse to face.
Lord, when You bring up what I buried, help me not to run from it. Give me the courage to stand in the light of Your presence and allow Your truth to touch what time alone never could heal. Your Word declares that You desire truth in the inward parts, and that it is the truth that sets us free.
Forgive me for believing that silence was healing, that distance was restoration, or that forgetting was freedom. Teach me that what remains untouched by truth remains unchanged by time. Search me, O God, and know my heart. Test me and know my anxious thoughts. Reveal whatever stands between me and the fullness of Your peace.
Where there is hidden pain, bring comfort. Where there is unconfessed sin, bring repentance. Where there is bitterness, bring forgiveness. Where there is shame, bring the cleansing power of the cross. Let the light of Christ shine into every chamber of my soul until there is nothing left hidden from Your redeeming grace.
Thank You that You do not expose me to condemn me, but to heal me. You do not uncover wounds to deepen them, but to bind them up. What You reveal, You are faithful to redeem.
May I trust Your hands enough to surrender every buried thing to You, knowing that the Great Physician never uncovers a wound He does not intend to heal.
In the mighty name of Jesus,
Amen
The world promises satisfaction through success, status, money, pleasure, relationships, and recognition. Yet no matter how much we gain, the hunger always returns.
Jesus offers something entirely different. He doesn't just improve your life, He satisfies the deepest need of your soul. The approval of people fades. Achievements lose their shine. Pleasure is temporary. But Christ provides lasting peace, purpose, forgiveness, and joy that circumstances can't take away.
"If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink." John 7:37
Practical ways to live this out every day:
• Start your morning in prayer before checking your phone.
• Read Scripture daily, even if it's just one chapter.
• Thank God for what you have instead of chasing what you don't.
• Fast occasionally from social media or entertainment to refocus your heart.
• Serve others without expecting recognition.
• Measure success by faithfulness to God, not applause from people.
• Ask yourself often: "Am I seeking Christ, or just comfort?"
The soul was never designed to be filled by temporary things. It was created for Jesus.
7 things the devil attack when your breakthrough is near .
Do not ignore certain battles in your life. Some attacks are designed to drain your strength, confuse your direction, and disconnect you from God before the next season opens.
Welcome to Friday’s Christian Business Corner. Please join me for a short scripture break.
Exodus 35:35:
"He has filled them with skill to do all kinds of work as engravers, designers, embroiderers in blue, purple and scarlet yarn and fine linen, and weavers—all of them skilled workers and designers.”
This passage unequivocally asserts God has an individual plan for each of us. He creates each of us with skills and talents that are designed to be profitable for the Body of Christ. While this particular verse highlights skillsets for artisans, tradesmen, etc. - any innate talent or skill anyone possesses is a gift from God. Many people never discern what God's purpose was for their life and that’s a disquieting feeling. You will be the happiest in your life when you discover what God intended for your life and then you go and follow God’s design for your life.
In your business, there are many tools and programs employers can utilize to help employees to learn what their skillsets are. Pay close attention to your employee development programs. Yes, follow the applicable local and state laws for annual training requirements for employees but when you identify those diamonds in the rough, pay attention! It’s worth the time investment to provide training and education that benefits your business but also seek guidance from the Holy Spirit as to how you can best mentor your team. Some employees will listen and some won’t.
Employees, remember it is God and not your employer who is your Lord. Prayerfully consider who your employer is - are they honest, reliable, dedicated, etc? In Colossians 3:23 it says, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” This is true for employers as well.
If employers aren't careful they can attract individuals who are dedicated to extracting as much out of the business as possible with no intention of striving to improve their job performance. The more you systemize your business with a clearly defined employee manual, well-defined position performance standards, a standardized employee performance evaluation system, assemble a group of experienced professional advisors (experts in their respective fields) as counselors and construct an industry standardized business - the less likely a wayward employee would thrive in that environment. The owner who sets the standard must also protect the work environment for all employees.
I think this verse helps us hire the right person by clearly defining what skillsets your business requires and then spotting the people God blessed with those skillsets through the interview process. The happiest employees are ones who are living their dreams, doing what they were born to do, in an environment that supports them appropriately. Ask potential employees what are their aspirations - do they have a plan, etc. Start a conversation but listen intently to the Holy Spirit’s guidance.
Pray over your business everyday. Keep your priorities in life in balance. God is searching to bless those who are obedient to His Word and serve as an example of His Goodness.
Have a blessed weekend.
Peace and be prepared.

The old retirement plan told you to save for 40 years and retire at 65.
Here's the new math.
$200,000 split between $NVII, $CHPY and $BLOX generates roughly $7,800/month.
That's $93,600/year.
That covers most people's entire cost of living.
You don't need to work until 65.
You need $200,000 in the right funds.
The caveat: NAV erosion is real on high yield funds.
Reinvest a portion into $QQQ and Bitcoin to protect the base.
That's the full strategy. Not just the yield.⚠️

Father, in the name of Jesus, strengthen us in every battle we face. When fear rises, when exhaustion weighs heavy, and when the enemy whispers lies to our hearts, remind us that You are greater than anything standing against us. Help us stand firm in truth, clothed in the full armor of God, with faith that extinguishes every fiery dart of doubt, fear, and discouragement.
Lord, teach us to remain steadfast when life feels uncertain. When we are tempted to quit, give us endurance. When anxiety tries to overtake us, fill us with Your peace. Teach us to pray instead of panic, to worship instead of worry, and to trust You even when we cannot yet see the outcome. Let Your Word become our strength and Your presence become our refuge.
Jesus, thank You that the cross was victory and the resurrection is our hope. Because You overcame, we can overcome. Let every trial produce deeper faith, greater courage, and a stronger testimony of Your faithfulness. We declare that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and we place our confidence fully in You. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen
DON’T JOKE WITH THIS PRAYER:
Dear God,
Remove every fear living inside my heart.
The fear of failure.
The fear of rejection.
The fear of not being enough.
The fear that keeps me silent when I should speak.
The fear that keeps me hidden when You have called me to shine.
Lord, break every chain of fear that has limited my growth, delayed my purpose, and weakened my confidence.
Your Word says You have not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.
Today, I reject fear in every form.
Replace my fear with faith.
Faith to believe that I am not forgotten.
Faith to believe that my future is still beautiful.
Faith to believe that closed doors are not the end of my story.
Faith to trust You even when I cannot see the full picture.
God, remind me that I was not created to live a small life filled with doubt and insecurity.
I was created with purpose.
I was created with destiny.
I was created to glorify You.
Every lie that says I will never make it, silence it.
Every voice telling me to give up, silence it.
Every burden of anxiety, discouragement, and intimidation, take it away from me.
Teach me to walk boldly into the calling You placed upon my life.
Give me courage to step out in obedience even when I feel afraid.
Help me remember that giants fall, mountains move, and impossible situations change when You are involved.
Lord, heal the wounds that created fear inside me.
Heal the disappointments, betrayals, failures, and painful memories that made me doubt myself.
Restore my confidence again.
Restore my joy again.
Restore my strength again.
I pray for a fearless spirit.
A spirit that trusts You completely.
A spirit that refuses to quit.
A spirit that keeps praying, keeps believing, and keeps moving forward no matter the battle.
Father, remove every mentality of limitation.
Remove every mindset of defeat.
Do not allow me to settle for less when You have called me for greater things.
Help me to stop doubting the gifts You placed inside me.
Help me to stop comparing myself with others.
Help me to stop living beneath the purpose You designed for my life.
May my faith become stronger than my fear.
May my prayers become louder than my doubts.
May my hope become greater than my pain.
God, open my eyes to opportunities I was too afraid to pursue.
Open doors no man can shut.
Connect me to the right people.
Lead me into places my fear once told me I could never reach.
When fear tries to return, remind me who You are.
You are my defender.
You are my provider.
You are my protector.
You are the God who goes before me and makes crooked paths straight.
Today I choose faith over fear.
I choose courage over worry.
I choose obedience over excuses.
I choose to trust You with my future.
I declare that fear will no longer control my decisions.
Fear will no longer silence my voice.
Fear will no longer stop my progress.
I am rising again.
I am believing again.
I am trusting again.
Because the God who created me did not create me to remain broken, hidden, weak, or defeated.
He created me for purpose, impact, victory, and His glory.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
6 WARNING SIGNS YOU ARE DELAYING YOUR OWN BREAKTHROUGH (This is why nothing is changing).
Because sometimes the delay is not spiritual warfare... it is disobedience.
1. YOU KEEP OVERTHINKING WHAT GOD ALREADY TOLD YOU TO DO
You asked for direction. You prayed. You got the answer.
But instead of moving, you started analyzing, questioning, and waiting for confirmation after confirmation.
Partial clarity is still instruction.
Breakthrough is often waiting on the other side of a simple step you keep postponing.
2. YOU ARE HOLDING ONTO PEOPLE YOU HAVE OUTGROWN
Not everyone in your life is assigned to your next level.
Some people were meant for a season, not a lifetime.
But because of history, emotions, or fear of being alone, you keep forcing connections that are no longer aligned.
What you refuse to release may be what is blocking what God is trying to send.
3. YOU PRAY FOR CHANGE BUT AVOID ACTION
You are asking for a new life, new opportunities, new results.
But your daily habits look exactly the same.
Prayer is powerful, but it was never meant to replace responsibility.
You cannot pray for doors to open while refusing to move your feet.
4. YOU CHOOSE COMFORT OVER GROWTH
You say you want more, but you keep choosing what feels safe.
You avoid difficult conversations. You avoid risk. You avoid stretching yourself.
But growth will always feel uncomfortable before it feels rewarding.
If it is easy, it is probably not changing you.
5. YOU IGNORE SMALL INSTRUCTIONS
You are waiting for a big sign, a big moment, a big opportunity.
But God often speaks in small, consistent nudges.
Send that message. Start that idea. Wake up earlier. Let it go.
The breakthrough you are praying for is hidden in the small steps you keep dismissing.
6. YOU KEEP GOING BACK TO WHAT GOD ALREADY FREED YOU FROM
Every time you feel lonely, uncertain, or tired... you return to old habits, old people, old mindsets.
But you cannot heal in the same place that made you sick.
You cannot move forward while constantly revisiting your past.
Freedom requires consistency, not just a moment of decision.
Read this carefully:
Nothing is changing because you are being called to change first.
Your breakthrough is not missing... it is waiting on your obedience.
PRAYER
Lord, expose every place I’m holding back out of fear or disobedience. Give me the courage to obey instantly, the strength to let go of what’s holding me back, and the faith to act on what You’ve already spoken. Break every delay in my life by Your Spirit. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Before you quote Jeremiah 29:11… read the full story first.
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
Most people quote this verse as comfort.
But few realize it was spoken during captivity.
Judah had been conquered.
Jerusalem was broken.
The temple was plundered.
The people were humiliated and carried into exile in Babylon.
They felt abandoned, confused, angry, and forgotten.
And in the middle of that pain, false prophets arose telling them exactly what they wanted to hear:
“This suffering will end quickly.”
“Peace is coming soon.”
“You won’t stay here long.”
But God said otherwise.
Through Jeremiah, God told them:
Build houses.
Plant gardens.
Marry.
Have children.
Seek peace where you are.
In other words:
“You are going to be here for a while.”
The exile would last seventy years.
That means an entire generation would die in Babylon without seeing Jerusalem again.
And here is the painful truth:
Their suffering was not accidental.
It came after years of rebellion, idolatry, ignoring God’s warnings, and refusing to repent.
Yet in the middle of discipline, God says:
“I still know the plans I have for you.”
That changes everything.
Jeremiah 29:11 was not spoken to people who were thriving.
It was spoken to people who felt punished, displaced, and broken.
God was saying:
“Even though you are here because of your disobedience, I have not abandoned you.”
“This season is painful, but it is not the end of your story.”
“My discipline is not destruction. It is restoration.”
The promise was never about immediate relief.
It was about redemption.
That is why the next verses say:
“Then you will call upon Me and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.”
Exile became the place where shallow faith died and true repentance was born.
Sometimes God allows painful seasons to strip us of pride, idols, false confidence, and self-dependence so we can return fully to Him.
And many people do not want that version of God.
We prefer quick escape over transformation.
Comfort over correction.
Relief over refinement.
But some lessons can only be learned in Babylon.
So when you quote Jeremiah 29:11, understand the weight behind it.
It is not a soft verse.
It is hope spoken in captivity.
A promise given when life makes no sense.
A reminder that God’s plans still stand even in seasons we would never choose for ourselves.
Maybe you are in a painful season right now.
Maybe some of it came from your own decisions.
Maybe you feel forgotten.
But hear this:
God has not abandoned you.
His mercy is still within reach.
His love is still for you.
And what feels like the end may actually be the beginning of your restoration.
Stay still.
Let the refining process finish its work.
Learn dependence on God.
Learn surrender.
Learn true repentance.
Learn to trust Him even when the process hurts.
Because even in exile…
God still says:
“I know the plans I have for you.”

Jesus, Son of the Living God, King above every king and Name above every name, we adore You today.
You are the Word made flesh, full of grace and truth. You stepped into our brokenness and carried what we could never carry ourselves. You walked among the weary, touched the forgotten, healed the wounded, and loved the unlovable. You are gentle with the humble and fierce against darkness. You are the Lion and the Lamb, holy beyond comprehension, yet near enough to hear the faintest cry of a desperate heart.
Lord Jesus, You are not merely a teacher of truth, You are Truth itself. You are not merely a way forward, You are the Way. In a world filled with noise, confusion, and shifting shadows, You remain constant, faithful, and eternal.
We adore You for the cross, where mercy and justice embraced. We adore You for the empty tomb, where death lost its victory forever. We adore You because You did not abandon us to fear, shame, or sin, but called us sons and daughters through Your redeeming love.
You are the Shepherd who still pursues wandering hearts. You are the Bread that satisfies starving souls. You are the Living Water that never runs dry. You are the resurrection and the life.
Jesus, every crown belongs at Your feet. Every breath belongs to Your glory. Every part of our lives belongs in surrender to You.
Teach us to love what You love. Break what needs breaking within us. Shape us into people who reflect Your heart in a dark world.
May our lives become living songs of adoration.
Not just words from our mouths, but surrender from our hearts.
We praise You for who You are, not merely for what You give. And even if the whole world grows silent, let our souls never stop declaring:
Worthy is the Lamb who was slain. Worthy is the risen King. Worthy is Jesus.
Amen

Father, thank You that You are not rushed by our timelines. You are the God who works in hidden places, in wilderness seasons, in quiet obedience, and in unseen faithfulness.
Lord, teach us not to despise the secret place. Grow roots deep within us before You ever raise us high. Build integrity. Form courage, humility, wisdom, and surrender in the hidden places of our lives.
When we are tempted to chase publicity or platforms before preparation, remind us that destiny without character becomes destruction. Help us trust Your process. Teach us to value who we are becoming more than where we are trying to go.
Father, prune what does not belong. Heal what is broken. Refine motives, purify hearts, and strengthen faith in the quiet seasons. Let us become people who can carry the weight of the calling because we first learned how to carry the weight of Your presence.
May we never confuse visibility with purpose. Let our greatest desire not be influence, but intimacy with You. And when the day comes that You open doors no man can shut, let us walk through them with humility, wisdom, gratitude, and dependence on You.
Grow us in the hidden place so that when You reveal what You placed inside of us, the fruit will remain.
In Jesus’ name, amen

Father,
Today I ask for Your protection over my mind, my body, my family, and my steps. Guard me from fear, temptation, evil, and distraction. Place Your peace over my heart and Your wisdom in my decisions. Let no weapon formed against me prosper, and keep me anchored in Your truth and strength.
Go before me today, Lord, and surround me with Your favor like a shield. Help me walk in courage, humility, and faith, trusting that You are with me wherever I go.

Father, there are moments when life feels confusing, silent, and heavy. We try to understand what You are doing, but Your ways are higher than ours, and sometimes all we can see is the fog in front of us. Yet even here, we choose to trust You.
Teach us to rest in Your character when we cannot trace Your hand. Remind us that You are still good when circumstances are not. You are still faithful when prayers seem unanswered. You are still near when we feel alone.
Lord, give us peace that does not depend on explanations. Give us courage to keep walking when we cannot see the whole road. Help us surrender our need to control every outcome and instead place our lives fully into Your hands.
When fear whispers that You have forgotten us, remind us of the cross. Remind us that a God who gave His Son for us will not abandon us now. Strengthen our hearts to believe that even in the waiting, even in the pain, You are working all things together for good.
Help us trust You in the closed doors, in the delays, in the losses, and in the unknown. Let our faith become deeper than our feelings. Let our obedience become stronger than our doubts.
And when we are too tired to carry ourselves, carry us.
We may not understand the season, but we trust the Shepherd. We may not understand the process, but we trust the Potter. We may not understand the storm, but we trust the One who walks on the waves.
In Jesus’ name, amen
