Step into an epic story brought to life with theatre, poetry, puppetry and dance.

Al-Sirah Al-Hilaliyyah, is a 14th century poem threatened with extinction. Khashabi Theatre weave in elements of Palestinian folklore and Arab performance styles as the poem unfolds anew.

Meet this year's Youth Collective 🎺

The collective work with us to help shape how young people experience the Festival. They also happen to be super passionate about music, both playing and listening 🎶

Our opening concert at The Queen's Hall is from @DunedinConsort 🙌 The Scottish premiere of @tansydavies's multi-layered Passion of Mary Magdalene is a must see @queens_hall, drawing inspiration from non-canonical gospels, ancient texts and poetry by Ruth Fainlight.
