A thread on #acting:
"So many people WANT to do it. You have to NEED to do it."
This was said by Sir Derek Jacobi during a Q&A I attended years ago, and it hasn't left me.
What's the difference you might ask? Well, it's how you approach getting to where you want to be.

In the week we lost beloved David Lynch may we be reminded that no matter how much Ai advances - art needs humans, needs creativity, the "heart" (sorry). We will never have a Lynch from formula or code, or learned behaviour. Art is authentic, art is language between humans.
