This is the best line up of the band, period. I'll even go as far as Mel Galley & Cozy being on the UK version of Slide It In.

While Sykes was an amazing addition that sound & version of the band never clicked with me. The songs were great but it overall all feeling was lost.

The UK version of the Slide It In Album which was Coverdale, Galley, Moody, Murray & Powell is the last gasp of the greatest line up with the Whitesnake tone & sound still in tact.

Starting with the US / Worldwide release of Slide It In the sound & tone became way to high gloss and not authentic.

I believe the current owners are an Equity Group. Stripping the station to the bone. For the price of Ockerbloom they will hire at least 3 more that will be gone in 2 years.

Shame actually. I helped launch that station and then helped it grow to its expansion. After Fox sold it to COX it started on a long , decades long slide.

@bostonradio I'd agree, this is completely pre-emptive with another wave about to hit. The Patriots either do the worst due diligence on purpose or believe they are smarter than everybody else and nobody will uncover these things. They've been wrong seemingly every time.

Eric is technically the best. He certainly has the feel for the Peter Criss material plus showmanship. Longest . TBH the Eric Carr era is probably my least favorite era, not because of Carr but thought post Ace the material was just mostly dumb until Revenge. Singer had stints with Gary Moore as well as BADLANDS prior to Kiss. He’s the guy.
