Mac Users: Apple will release the next major version of macOS, Big Sur on 12/11/20
This won't work with the VPN software provided by the University. If you use a Mac with the VPN do not upgrade to Big Sur until we’ve confirmed that it is safe to use:

We’re aware that there is an issue with Resource Booker, some are experiencing difficulty accessing the service.
We’re working with the provider to resolve the issue and will send a further tweet when the service is back online.
