Whether students are remote or in school, we need to encourage as much physical activity as possible. Physical activity helps reduce stress, anxiety, and helps improve self regulation, focus, and on task behaviors. Its as important as any subject!

Teachers, dont just lean into the tough times this year but lean on each other in the tough times. When a goose fatigues or is injured, two geese will stay with and protect it until able to fly because they can return to group more efficiently together.

Teachers, remember you are not in competition with each other, but you're on the same team. And admin shouldn’t be the only ones to encourage, support, & inspire. Motivate each other! Build each other up, including staff and your administrators.

Schools are influenced more by it's informal culture than by their mission statement, policies & procedures. Having strong, supportive, positive relationships, a unified vision, and team mentality is what makes a school great, not the statement hanging in the hallway.

The only things that should be standardized about education is recess, unstructured play, physical activity, exposures to the Arts, amazing teachers in the classrooms, And admin who support, encourage and appreciate their amazing staffs.
