"A Concise Course in Algebraic Topology" is an excellent introduction to algebraic topology that develops fundamental groups, covering spaces, homotopy groups, homology, cohomology, and several topics that lead toward modern homotopy theory.
Although the title describes it as a "concise course"...😅, the book is quite substantial, spanning nearly 300 pages and covering a remarkably broad range of material with considerable depth. I think it is an interesting resource for anyone seeking a rigorous introduction to one of the most compelling areas of modern mathematics.
