Intuitionist: It is up to you if you get vaccinated as it depends your need and the needs of those around you.

Utilitarian: Everyone should get vaccinated because it protects the greatest amount of people.
Rights Based: People have the right to choose if they want to to get vaccinated or not.

One takeaway from the article is that nurses' do not have high expectations of their employer, due the nature a nurse's work. Is this something that nurse leaders should work to fix? Should nurses' have high expectations of their employers?
