@EPotterMD Thank you so much for sharing that! I do look often for ways that reassurance and empathy is communicated in a heathcare settings, not often talked about. It is as important as administering medications.
@NajNajinha @KatyPerry184437 Neti pot is more effective and follow the instructions set by experienced yoga teachers, using warm pure salty water, etc.
@majestyher_@Jr_deedat You “okayed” all of us and went in your corner. you dealt with us with some courage. We are not actually insufferable as you think we are. We see your pain and may you be liberated from it soon. May you find peace and God bless you✨🤍
@majestyher_@Gamer21426t@Jr_deedat@grok So the Qur’an 4:34 describes men as qawwamun (maintainers/guardians) and righteous wives as qanitat (obedient/devout). Husbands are commanded to treat wives with kindness (4:19), but the text itself doesn’t use the same “obedience” language for husbands toward wives.
@silkycherie@KILLTOPARTY @HerWay Work matters and data are confidential, there is no such thing as nothing secret even in a relationship. Especially if you work in military, healthcare, etc, there are contracts for that, no such information can be given to anyone else.
@aussiesoph@_NaiW Hahah more steps when you aren’t working out is definitely not normal. It might be an issue with the software. I watched a yt video how certain watch can accurately measure v02 max which is usually hard and best way is to do it at a clinic with gas mask.
@aussiesoph@_NaiW Oh yes, i’ve noticed it and also the heart rate was miles off on the treadmill, so i gave up on the accuracy of reading distance covered, etc, on it and instead preferred what the watch was showing. It would be interesting to compare accuracy of treadmill with that of a watch.
@aussiesoph@_NaiW That’s pretty cool, definitely an innovative upgrade. Smaller these things are better it is when working out. Though i do monitor the screen of the watch when it comes to staying within the limits of particular heart rate for cardio.True having more accurate step count is better.
@aussiesoph@_NaiW That’s a nice tech! Maybe an upgrade compared to an apple watch when it comes to checking if you are unwell. Or could be paired with them.
