I recently attended @CCUnitedNY's affordability rally at Bell Park Manor Terrace Co-op, where we highlighted the expanded J-51 program approved by the State Legislature and urged the City of NY to pass it into law. Thanks to @CCUnitedNY for bringing the co-op community together.

A heads-up for the week ahead: dangerous heat builds Wednesday through the holiday weekend, with the heat index forecast around 100.

The dedicated team of volunteers at Glen Oaks Bayside EMS provide critical care and transportation services in eastern Queens. I was proud to allocate $300k to the organization to fund the acquisition of a brand-new emergency vehicle, which will assist their operations.
