@AmericanAir No I wasn’t confused. I’m frustrated, confirmed with seat number. Then told me someone else was supposed to be higher on the list. I understand how upgrades work. I don’t understand how I get screwed on a bogus system error. Another stupid AA experience.

Just had a host @Airbnb cancel because they “set the price wrong” and asked me to cancel because “I made a mistake yesterday because was too busy.” The host sent me this 1 month ago. Then cancelled. Airbnb offered me $24. This is a violation of their own policy. To be continued…
