@DCICUg My visa application is still in the system since February 17 when I applied, and has been deferred many times even after I have submitted/uploaded the required documents. Can someone please, tell me what is going on and help me?

@DCICUg I want to let you know about my frustration about my visa application. I plan to come to Uganda March 19; applied for visa over 2 weeks ago. My application has been deferred over 7 times & kept getting asked to submit documents that I have already submitted.

@DCICUg @iamabeyjose The email I got in my inbox told me to have patience. I planned coming in 2 weeks since that’s when I’ll have time from my university to be in Uganda for the meetings. I do have to confirm my flights and the accommodation I have booked in Kampala, which I have to do urgently.

@DCICUg @iamabeyjose In my application, I stated dat I'm coming to Uganda in 2 weeks (March 19) since that is when have time from my university to come 4 d meetings. I have booked my accommodation in Kampala & need to book in Entebbe & confirm my flight booking, which I can't do until I get d visa.

This is the 4th time I’m applying for visa to Uganda and each time the approval wasn’t more than a week. Can someone help check the reason for this delay on my application? Thanks!

@flyethiopian Dear Sir/madam, who can I contact re my case of delayed luggage, damaged items & missing items from my bag on a flight I took over a couple of weeks ago? I’ve emailed customer relations at [email protected] and for over 2 weeks they’ve not gotten back to me.

@flyethiopian Thanks for your response. I did email [email protected] the details on June 23, they responded & directed me to fill a form on Ethiopian Airlines’ website, which I did. I sent a follow up email on June 26 & since then I haven’t heard back from them.
