California refugee. Born and raised in CA. Escaped to TX 34 years ago. I appreciate common sense, honesty (even if we don’t agree) and an open mind. Proud Gen X
@RealJamesWoods@Navy_Lady_45 I’ve always been reluctant to believe it, but I am starting to think there is no real difference between the two, except for show.
@ScottPresler@Gigi22Tamara Thanks above all to God and also, can I get some love for the Full Court Presler who was absolutely RELENTLESS is his passion for saving our country? Let’s hear it, y’all!
@ThrillaRilla369 Heard this once, and it has sustained me through innumerable storms:
Prayer may not be the thing that will rescue you out of your valley - but, prayer is what will protect your heart as you move through your valley.
You bet!
Dear God, our father in heaven,
Our brother needs your care and provision. We don’t know what the issues here are, but you do. Please help your son and show him that you care about every aspect in his life
Thank you so much for the blessings you’ve already brought, most of all thank you for the gift of forgiveness and redemption through your perfect son’s sacrifice and resurrection. Amen!
Hey @WhiteHouse I've been following Rodney for years. His org is amazing and he is a premier example of the American spirit, lifting up children across the nation and helping them become the next generation of entrepreneurs and caretakers. Make this guy your next Trump lawnmower meme!
Dear @WhiteHouse, my name is Rodney Smith Jr., founder of Raising Men & Women Lawn Care Service in Huntsville, Alabama. Through our 50 Yard Challenge, over 6,000 kids across the country have signed up to mow free lawns for the elderly, disabled, veterans, active-duty military, first responders, and single parents. With America celebrating its 250th birthday this year and me also being born on July 4th, I wanted to humbly ask if a few kids from our program and myself could travel to Washington, D.C. to help mow the White House lawn for this historic celebration.
More than anything, I want these kids to see how a simple act of service something as ordinary as mowing a lawn for someone in need can lead to extraordinary places. What better lesson in community service than showing them that helping others can take them all the way to our nation’s capital? I’d also love to bring my American flag-themed mower in hopes that the President might sign it, so I can later auction it off and donate 100% of the proceeds to a nonprofit supporting veterans. It would be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to highlight the importance of service, patriotism, and the impact young people can have when they choose to make a difference. 🇺🇸
