Untrammelled immigration fuelling the housing crisis, released detainees unmonitored, out of control youth gangs, in bed with the Greens on religious discrimination, Digital ID jammed through the Senate without debate, &hapless energy policy.

Meanwhile the government is amping up the tax incentives & land tax exemptions for Build to Rent for institutional property ownership, allow union-dominated industry funds to effectively own the rental stock

Public housing for renters (‘nationalisation’ by another name) was always on the cards, of course, but the speed of it all has been breathtaking
