@taintedwitness Yes! Hopped on board Twitter today to post this article and make similar (though less clarion) point. Assessments of #MeToo "impact" need to stop looking to quantifiable "measures" like high profile lawsuits and ask about "metrics"-- the shifts in cultural (and legal) discourse.

@upstaterica Although intending otherwise, the effect of such posts and opinion pieces is to further stigmatize abortion, to enforce the imperative to "justify" or "legitimate" one's choice, and normalize the racial & class disparities that structure access to reproductive health & choices.
