@KC_Educ307 its so sad but so true and unfortunately this is and has still been going on with all the top models pictures there is a bit everywhere. it is only recently that it has become okay to have plus size models and speeches about feeling good in your own body. #lesson11

@MassCarozzaEDUC i think so too, it think its very important to talk about the film with the child to avoid any sterotypes and misunderstandings. its important for a child to dream but must also be aware of the realistic world we live in. #lesson11

@DDufour_EDUC307 i think disney is too big of a corporation to ever fail but i assume that they realized how wrong those underlying messages were in their old films so now they are trying to make up for it by taking out films like moana. #lesson11

@MichMoryoussef omg yes! it is so scary. i think that since children cannot understand those underlying messages, its fine for them to watch those films but it is important to show them realistic films too. #lesson11

@JBraseliten of course! our environment is fundamental to how we develop and it impacts greatly our development! i guess its sort of a good thing that we were too young to really understand the underlying messages behind those films #lesson11

disney has been a part of all our early childhood lives, it was even the basis of our imaginary world and our role plays.. I cant believe the actual story that are behind some of those films #lesson11

@AlyBents i agree with you, but i have to add that thats where it started, because men were treated superior then women or getting paid more simply because their men..then came in place feminism asking for equality. #lesson10
