@ofgem typical I can’t message privately, I have these horrible people at @edfenergy trying to tell me they won’t remove my smart meters, I want them out and I want traditional meters in asap

I booked a smart meter installation on your website, picking the 2 hour slot option. This obviously just defaulted to 4 in the actual email confirmation.
I've been bugged by someone in a call centre all week about getting a smart meter.
Wow @edfenergy can not believe your request to pay £300 early exit fee for gas and electric for my father in law who recently passed away. Absolutely incredible!
@edfenergy thanks for wasting my time, you have phoned me for over 12 months telling me I need a new, smart meter. When advised for the 20th time I don’t want one, you tell me that it’s ok, I can have a standard meter- not smart. Your engineer visits- with a smart meter. GRR
@edfenergy@ofgem twice requested large credit on my account be refunded still not happened firsts time about a year ago recently over 10 days ago, I am entitled to my own money

@edfenergy trying to close my mother I. Laws acc as she is at end of life in a care home , very unhelpful randomly putting me on hold without saying then told me he was in a meeting and couldn’t speak with me was asking for details so I could call back & name - he hung up
@edfenergy got a smart meter to stop being bombarded with messages to change my old meter.that done I am being bombarded with messages to check meter amount and top up??? I have £169 on it. Please get your act together as will block or change supplier
@EdfIssues2023 it turns out EDF didn't have the technology to know what I was using and my meter had broken. I have a new one which is in credit mode but is essentially a prepayment meter. It has no reading atm and doesn't include solar I also need a step ladder to use it
@PastdueCredit I don't think in .y 43 years I have ever been harassed and bullied by an agency so much. Text email daily. Please stop adding pressure to a situation that @edfenergy need to sort by proving my extortionate charges @financialombuds#MartinLewis#edf#harrassment
I really don’t understand @edfenergy - my gas meter hasn’t been working for two months or sending them readings and they don’t think they need to send out an engineer? I mean I’m fine with my gas bill being zero but I feel like they shouldn’t be.
