@RachelAllan35@MissBoyle2018 Odd, tech support said they would have to get student support to call me back about it - which they didn't. I phoned again myself and got directed to a voicemail. I don't suppose I'll get anywhere until Monday now.

@RachelAllan35@MissBoyle2018 Oh no really, at least you got your allocation now. I'm just off the phone to them and the person I got said he doesn't know why it's not showing so he has to refer it to the student admin team and they'll call me back. Maybe it's the same thing that happened to you...

@MissBoyle2018@gtcs Hi, I am a deferral from last year too and I haven't received an allocation. Yesterday I was able to click on my allocation on the profile but today I can't even do that. I have no idea if I am looking in the right place. Have you managed to get any information?
