@SunderlandAFC I need to speak to someone about tickets but I work all day and can’t get to the box office. My mum went down to see if she could sort out for me but gave up after three and a half hours in the queue. Please can someone contact me to help?

@DunelmUK@DunelmUK my elderly parents are having huge problems with a faulty bed they’ve purchased from Hylton Retail Park. Can someone please get back to me with the name of someone we can contact to complain or get an immediate resolution? They’ve been messed around for a month now.
@megabusuk@samftaylor27@AdzAdzPass Laura, it was horrendous. When we finally left Leeds the new driver was fantastic but before like that it was a farce. Seriously worried about the journey back today.
@megabusuk Megabus- the passengers from Middlesbrough onwards are now back on the damaged bus. At least, I hope we all are. Purely by luck that we spotted where the driver had gone. I’m really upset. Zero communication. Zero apology. Is this bus even safe?
@megabusuk And unbranded coaches definitely need to announce their presence! It’s a good job we overheard someone ask. He wasn’t parked in the right bay either.
@megabusuk It didn’t say anything about that on my ticket reservation though. Why are using coaches without toilets on board? It’s not good enough. I have MS and I’d never gave booked if I thought it possible that a 2.5 hour journey wouldn’t have a toilet on board.
