@opodo it’s been almost 11 months from having flight cancelled & not receiving a full refund after repeated calls. Agents blaming @SingaporeAir for the delay, but found out refund request was only started in June 21 even though @SingaporeAir confirmed entitlement of refund in Jan
@opodo it’s been almost 17 months since our flights were cancelled by airline and I still haven’t received all the money back from yourselves. Getting fobbed off each time I contact customer services passing the buck onto airline. What’s going on?
@opodo@SingaporeAir So it’s been more than a year since the flights have been cancelled and I still haven’t got all my money refunded back yet! Keep getting brushed off on the phone and not getting anywhere. No contact at all. Poor customer service @opodo
being told to wait without any escalation method or transparency in the process is extremely frustrating. Is small claim court the only route left @opodo?
@opodo@opodo still waiting for any response from yourselves. I have an email from @SingaporeAir attesting that we are due a refund via yourselves. Flight was cancelled by airline. More than 16 weeks from initial request of refund, you still have our money! Pretty poor...
@opodo will someone please respond? Neither agents on the phone have been able to help further, and DMs via here have not been responded to. According to @SingaporeAir we should be entitled to a refund which should be requested by yourselves BSPlink. Emails to prove this.
@opodo Also spoke to an agent last Wednesday who reluctantly sent a refund request to the airline and was told that we would have the response within 72 hours. Not had anything back since. Happy to send Singapore email on via DM. Thanks.

@opodo I still haven’t had any contact from an agent after DM. This was over a week ago but initial contact 6 months ago to get this resolved. Still waiting for £4,700 to be refunded.

Thank you for the update. We have received an email from the airline stating that they require the refund request be raised by yourselves via BSPlink in order to process it. I assume this means that the refund request would be granted, pending your action. 1/2

I’ve DM’d as per your request a couple of days ago, but have had no reply back! I appreciate that there’s most likely a backlog, but please appreciate that the sum of money we have asked for a refund is certainly not a drop in the ocean for us.
@opodo feeling helpless trying to get through to anyone. Wife managed to request a refund for first leg of trip but after ‘IT issue’ agent side, asked to try again. Now won’t let us proceed as a we’ve already requested a refund’? We’ve been trying to get this resolved for months!
