Then I drove 30 mins to find one in a mall where I received NO help... I wanted to check my 4 year old son's shoe size @KidsFootLocker had no procedure in place for this for children. No instruments and no procedure. Smh

The customer service at both Philly locations I went to for @KidsFootLocker was a waste and I still did not get what I needed for my son... some shoes that actually fit because it was sized correctly. Until I ended up at @snipes_usa where I received help!

@KidsFootLocker really had me a try yesterday. One store I went to in the middle of prime times shopping was CLOSED on a Saturday with NO SIGN and the employee didn't want to give me an explanation. Wasted my time!
