//I may finally make my (hopefully final-) pin for this account

Think I know how I wanna play Squari

And yes any events that happened before still happened, I'm not just gonna make memories invalid--

"I'M ALIVE-"

[Squaridot. @EdgyDxt]

<-> though she just went it it..mainly because she's been on earth longer-

So following her through the alley and past the stairs, she nodded as...

She raises a brow, watching her now fish through her pocket.

"Whatcha looking for?"

She asked, going up beside her once more.

[Squaridot. @EdgyDxt]

"Yeah, I suppose so..And thats good to hear, glad one of us has a good job."

She responded with a slight snicker and a smirk, walking beside her still as they made their way to their destination.

She did find it a slight bit confusing however when they turned off the street, +

[Lapis Lazuli @LapisTheSmoker]

Lapis turned right to the area behind the pawn shop. She gestured for Squaridot to follow her as she began fishing through her jacket pockets for something. "Here we are."

[Squaridot. @EdgyDxt]

"...Right, I guess I'll remember that."

[Squaridot. @EdgyDxt]

"Who says I don't? Why would I not want to make my friend's happy."

[Squaridot. @EdgyDxt]

"..Right...Okay, you do you I guess.."

[Squaridot. @EdgyDxt]

"..uh huh.."

[Squaridot. @EdgyDxt]

"..She gets excited by cookies being eaten?"

[Squaridot. @EdgyDxt]

"I don't think humans have magic-"

[Squaridot. @EdgyDxt]

<-> up and possibly getting a job already out there..Like a actual chef or something with computers..I don't know, earth is still semi-new to me."

She finished, looking back up at the blue gem beside her with a raised eyebrow.

"What about you? How's your job?"

[Squaridot. @EdgyDxt]

That was a good idea and she thanks lapis for it-

She thought for a moment, looking over her work experiences before answering.

"It's going..Good I suppose, though not many people hire me..

Then again, I'm the only rent-a-chef here-

So I'm thinking about giving that <+>

[Lapis Lazuli @LapisTheSmoker]

How's the whole cook thing going?" She asked, flicking the butt into a trash can as they passed it, filling the void of conversation for Squaridot. Maybe with a clear opening topic, things could move along more naturally and avoid any further awkward silences.

[Squaridot. @EdgyDxt]

<-> best things to talk about.

[Squaridot. @EdgyDxt]

Because Twitter Aparently deletes replies I gotta type this again--//

Nodding, she followed behind the blue gem, only lagging behind slightly due to the new height difference between them..She still doesn't understand how Peridot is capable of dealing with this.

"Right, it <+>

[Lapis Lazuli @LapisTheSmoker]

miserable."

[Squaridot. @EdgyDxt]

<-> is pretty cold out here now that I think about it.."

..why didn't she wear a coat herself--

Not only that, but she had no idea what to talk about currently. Most of her subjects would be about gem stuff or more questions about earth, and she felt that wasn't really the <+

[Squaridot. @EdgyDxt]

<-> to wear a nice shirt and pants..And actual shoes- Human clothes are weird-

"But thanks for coming either way and excusing my lack of earthly experiences, I thought maybe I was going too fast in asking this.

Or maybe I am and you're being merciful- I don't know."

[Squaridot. @EdgyDxt]

"Yes, but also no! I suppose I was overly excited after sending my response, it was a weird idea for me to arrive...Immediately after."

She responded with a slight nervous chuckle, looking up at her for once due to the lack of limb enhancers..A small price to pay when wanting +

[Lapis Lazuli @LapisTheSmoker]

and was idly smoking a cigarette as she walked. "Hey." She announced herself as she closed the distance. Tilting her head up, she blew a mix of steam and grey smoke into the air above. "Kept you waiting, huh?"

[Squaridot. @EdgyDxt]

<-> entire way there.

[Squaridot. @EdgyDxt]

Another letter was sent faster than the last, seems she was excited.

"Brilliant! I'll meet you there!...And I'll try not to be too formal..And not to over think things-

- Squaridot."

...And after sending that letter, she imedieatly began to over think things-

One being <+>

[Lapis Lazuli @LapisTheSmoker]

Squaridot got her reply in a letter of her own.

'I've got time tonight after work, sure. We can meet on 10th street at around 8ish tonight. Don't go too formal.

Just try not to overthink things until then, alright?

-Lapis'

[Squaridot. @EdgyDxt]

<-> 2 hours looking in the mirror, but she eventually decided to keep her hair up. That was really all it took for her to get ready, besides of course preparing to not have limb enhancers present-

And so she went to their meeting spot pretty early...By literally walking the <+>
