"I’ve seen things you people wouldn’t believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like… tears in rain. Time to die."
Brasil : elecciones en 12 dias

Lo que sube bolsonaro :
a nearly perfect film about truth and redemption. one of the best movies i’ve seen in a long time. cronenberg and the entire cast and crew deserve their flowers for this one

this is the most DANGEROUS thing on internet today
REA (Reverse Engineer Anything) - this open source MCP lets your AI agent reverse engineer any app, down to the binary
i just reverse engineered TradingView, now I am using their premium indicators for FREE - software is cooked
here is how to use REA to reverse engineer TradingView:
1. point REA at TradingView's publicly observable interface and map every major feature, from chart interactions to indicators and alerts
2. trace how the interface behaves when you switch symbols, change timeframes, add indicators, draw levels, and update chart layouts
3. use REA's available MCP tools to investigate authorized software artifacts and trace application logic wherever the evidence allows
4. feed those findings into Claude Opus 5.5, which turns the investigation into a technical specification and an implementation plan
5. rebuild the charting engine independently, with real market data, candlesticks, technical indicators, drawing tools, and persistent watchlists
6. add a quant backtesting engine that tests strategies against historical data, accounting for fees, slippage, and drawdowns
7. test every component, compare its behavior against documented and observable results, fix failures, and keep iterating until the system actually works
8. you end up building your own TradingView-style quant research terminal from scratch, with source code you control and features you can keep extending
i won’t say anything more:
This is backward. Software used to be about programming, which was about thinking and typing.
Now it's about truly building things, pretty much at the speed you can think.
The big difference is taste. 10 years ago a great programmer didn't need taste. There was too much work to do, someone else could handle that part.
Now you need taste, and you face a constant stream of decisions. You can't hide in the bits anymore!
When we built TMOG, it wasn't a prompt - it was HUNDREDS of prompts placed by multiple devs for months. AI didn't create the interface - we did, with hundreds if not thousands of small decisions.
That's the irony - to me, it was ALL craft. And I didn't miss the typing at all.

Reverse engineered my AC, and vibe coded a lil status bar app so I don't have to find the remote every time.
No first world problem will remain unsolved in 2026.
WordCraft is a new open-source word processor written in Rust that aims to replicate Microsoft Word and supports .docx files.
→ It includes styles, track changes, comments, citations, tables of contents and mail merge
→ It runs on macOS, Windows and Linux, and in a web browser
→ An included MCP server lets AI agents such as Claude Code control the app
→ The developers say it is not yet at alpha stage

Terence Tao just published a 27-slide deck on what AI is doing to mathematics
>Tao: math was built on proofs being scarce, and that era is over
>verdict: “we are now entering an era of proof abundance in mathematics”
>with enough compute AI can solve many open problems with no expertise required
>the field’s entire incentive structure was built for proof scarcity
>problem-solving was only ever a proxy for deeper goals
>that structure is now "misaligned"
>“blind optimization of problem-solving alone is now actively harmful”
>problems are lighthouses, not destinations
>reaching them prematurely with AI “sterilizes the surrounding field”
>calls AI math hype the WWII survivorship-bias plane
>“Wow, all the math problems I am seeing on social media are being solved by AI!”
>labels the red dots as the failures you don’t see
>“Unreported failed AI attempts”
>then drops a thought experiment:
>prompt AI to "find a cancer cure that passes a stage 3 clinical trial"
>prediction "confirmed in Lean" and passes the trial
>everyone celebrates
>"nobody truly knows how this cocktail was found"
>Tao asks the real question:
>did the AI cure cancer, or did it mathematically game flaws in the trial protocol?
>”before injecting this cocktail into your bloodstream, would you want to know that there is at least one human cancer expert who understands the mechanism behind this cure?”
>solution: “tailored, open-source math models” built for “interpretability and safety”
>“open math models to be released very soon - stay tuned!”
Math 2.0 is officially happening
