HH gave 1000 new bikes to kids in housing schemes in #Edinburgh and hundreds or refurbished bikes.
Plus safety & bike maintenance courses, safety equipment & one insurance cover.

Without 1p of state or corporate funding.
Without any salaries.
Without m/class missionaries.

The bikes weren't actually £700 each though. That figure includes safety equipment, training, the cost of running a scheme to reach the kids who really need and deserve a bike etc etc.

I've seen inside Government, it can be more efficient. This is just Labour being miserable.
